Valentine's Day Inspiration

A romantic throw back to last year's Valentine inspired shoot published on
Style Me Pretty for your viewing pleasure!  Thank you to Lavender & Twine for capturing all the pretty!
This dress from Saja & accessories from Hushed Commotion are to die for.
Crystal Robinson Make-up and Karen Barajas as always did a beautiful job making our Bride feel & look absolutely stunning.
So soft & romantic. Love the linens from La Tavola and the rentals from Party Pleasers.
This shoot started my obsession with gold, settings designed by A Charming Occasion.
The easel name cards were fun & classy.
 Amazing stationary by Umama.
One of my top pinned bouquets.
MJB Cakes is my favorite, not only gorgeous, but crazy good!

Happy Valentine's Day!

A Calamigos Ranch Wedding

I know I say this about all of my couples, but Berit & Giovanni are one of the best!  They are both super sweet and you can tell they are totes in love.  I only did the personals and ceremony decor for them as they got into potting their own succulents in brass pots that they found at flea markets.  Thank you to Danielle from Lavender & Twine for capturing these stunning photos of their special day.  They were also featured over on Carats & Cake.
Berit loves lilac, who doesn't?
We added the coral to brighten her cream, lavender & green color palette.
Crystal Robinson Make-up did an amazing job as always!
Calamigos Ranch has a massive existing pergola, that we perked up in their color scheme.
Ummm, they were the cutest.
Thank you Berit & Giovanni for letting me be part of your special day and writing such a nice review!

A Lavender Wedding

Kristin and Zac wanted to incorporate lavender into their Maravilla Gardens wedding without going overboard, we think we pulled it off perfectly.  What a sweet, beautiful couple they were to work with!  As always, we looooved working with Marianne and Joe of Marianne Wilson Photography - they are the bomb, and their pictures are too!
Simple boutonniere with lavender, dusty miller and cream spray roses wrapped in twine to match the Bride's bouquet.

These purple scabiosa flowers & pods gave the bouquets a fun, interesting texture.

Zac & Kristin were married under our custom birch chuppah
The cake was so simple, yet so stunning on a tree trunk slice!
Matching flowers hung from our shepherd hooks down the aisle.

Loved combining the rustic wood boxes with the silver mercury votives
